Kelly Rutherford chilled with her kids at a bakery in France, as she prepares for the next round in her custody fight.

Kelly clearly still has access to her 2 kids, even though ex-hubby Daniel Giersch successfully wrestled the kids away from her in NYC earlier this summer.

The bakery is close to Monaco, where Rutherford and Girsch are duking it out in court.
