Rosie O'Donnell's daughter Chelsea can reunite with the guy who was arrested for sending her obscene messages.
A judge had issued a no contact order, prohibiting 25-year-old Steven Sheerer from having any contact with the then 17-year old, who ran off to be with him.
But here's the twist. Chelsea just turned 18, so she's an adult ... free to make her own decisions.
That does not mean by any stretch the charges against Sheerer will go away. He claims he believed she was of consenting age because she was on his 18 and older Tinder feed.
