NBA's Ty Lawson Hits the L.A. Club Scene ... Responsibly
Just weeks after leaving rehab, NBA star Ty Lawson has returned to the Hollywood club scene ... only smarter ... this time, leaving as a PASSENGER in a waiting ride, TMZ Sports has learned.
The Houston Rockets star -- who was arrested for DUI back in July and in January -- was leaving Warwick on Sunset Blvd. around 1:40 AM ... but appeared completely sober.
It's not illegal for Lawson to be around booze -- he's just not allowed to drink it -- which is why the judge in his Denver DUI case ordered him to be on monitored sobriety and install a monitoring device in his home.
So, while it might not be the BEST move to hit the clubs while in the middle of TWO DUI cases -- at least he was responsible about it.
