Megan Fox was throwing major shade ... over her own face while out for a stroll with her little boy.

Mama Fox was rocking a giant floppy hat on Wednesday as she and 1-year-old Bodhi cruised around L.A. -- sans pops Brian Austin Green.

Don't read too much into that ... our sources tell us Megan and Brian's divorce is amicable, and they're still living under the same roof.

This is the first time either of them has been seen out in public since their split.
