Ever been stuck in a traffic jam then realize all the cars were backed up for no reason? Well, it may have had something to do these knuckleheads.
For some reason these dumb-dumbs thought doing donuts in the middle of the I-25 highway in Albuquerque, New Mexico was a good idea.
The video is cool to watch on the Internet ... but would be extremely infuriating if you were stuck in the traffic behind it.
