Michael and Dina Lohan finally found a way to cash in on their dysfunction -- they're starring in a new reality show designed to cure their problems. LOL?

Lindsay's folks are doing "Family Therapy" -- a VH1 spin-off of "Couples Therapy" -- along with Bam Margera and his mom, ex "Teen Mom" Briana Dejesus and her sister ... and ex Roc-A-Fella honcho Damon Dash and his brothers.

Dr. Jenn Mann is counseling the cast during shooting ... which began on Monday, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
