French Train Gunman Shows Up in Court ... Shoeless
The 25-year-old Moroccan terrorist who was subdued on a Paris-bound train arrived in court Tuesday under heavy security, and for some reason he was not wearing shoes.
Ayoub El-Khazzani arrived at the Paris courthouse blindfolded, flanked by cops who were wearing masks, presumably to protect their identity.
Ayoub claims he was not going to carry out a terrorist attack but rather commit robbery. A judge will decide if he'll be charged with an attempted terrorist attack.
