Frankel -- who's 44, by the way -- looked more ripped than the Atlantic cooling off in the Hamptons with a Skinnygirl beverage in hand.

The New York 'Housewife' was there for "Paddle for Pink," a paddleboarding charity event that raises money for breast cancer awareness.

Exercise and a healthy diet ... sure do Bethenny's body good. That string bikini doesn't hurt either.
