Chris Brown -- Peace, Philippines ... I'm Outta Here! (VIDEO)

Chris Brown finally got out of the Philippines -- for real -- after being held there for 3 days because of a fraud dispute.

Brown had been in Manila since Tuesday, where he performed a show, but a promoter filed a complaint against him for allegedly bailing on a New Year's Eve concert ... so the government wouldn't let him leave.

The singer was able to obtain a certificate permitting him to bolt ... and he boarded a private jet Friday headed for Macau, where he's performing tonight.
