Mariah Carey will be swimming in a (dead) sea of money the next time she visits Israel, because she's set to bank $500k for her first gig in the country.

A promoter has agreed to pay Mimi her half mil asking price for a one-off performance in Tel Aviv. The show's in August, and tickets are pretty affordable for Mariah standards ... $65 and up.

Mariah made her first trip to the Holy Land back in June with billionaire beau James Packer, a friend of the Israeli prime minister, and we're told she fell in love with the place.
