Meek and Nicki hit up V Live Houston on Saturday night -- and brought the rain with 'em. We're told Meek dropped around $40,000 in cash on the dancers.

Nicki gave Meek some room to operate ... hanging in her own VIP section while he and his boys paid bills for the club's most wanted -- Barbie Monroe, Karma, and Phu**ed Fame ... to name a few.
