Kelly Rutherford celebrated the temporary return of her 2 kids with a big smooch courtesy of her BF.

Kelly has been in an epic, 3-year battle with ex-hubby Daniel Giersch, who for very puzzling reasons was allowed to move the kids to Monaco.

But thanks to a California judge, Kelly just got the kids back for the summer. The custody fight still rages on.
