Hope Solo's husband Jerramy Stevens has touched down in Vancouver ... and Wednesday, the couple was spotted out in public together for the 1st time since the new allegations surfaced in Hope's domestic violence arrest.

We really haven't seen the two together since Stevens' DUI arrest in Manhattan Beach, CA -- when Jerramy was busted in a USWNT van with Hope in the vehicle.

But after the new allegations surfaced ... with cops saying Solo berated officers during her 2014 domestic violence arrest ... it's clear, Stevens felt he needed to be by his wife's side.

Stevens blasted the media earlier this week -- with the former NFL tight end saying the reports surrounding Hope's domestic violence arrest are nothing short of a "witch hunt."
