Oscar De La Hoya -- I'm Thinking About a Comeback

Return of the Golden Boy???

It's possible ... because Oscar De La Hoya says there isn't a day that goes by that he doesn't think about making a comeback -- but he DOESN'T want to fight someone like Floyd Mayweather.

ODLH appeared on "The Cruz Show" on Power 106 yesterday and said despite the fact he's 42-years-old (ancient for a boxer) he keeps himself in decent shape and thinks he could still compete in the ring.

That's when he sent a thinly-veiled shot at Mayweather -- saying, "If I did make a comeback, I would fight the best, whoever it is ... but I would want to fight someone that's gonna FIGHT ME BACK!"
