We’re told Kelly just shelled out around $11,000 on a new 5.1 oz female Pomeranian puppy from Betty’s Teacup Yorkies ... the dog dealer where Paris Hilton gets her pocket-sized Pomeranians.

The former "Fashion Police" co-host is fully prepped -- BTY tells us Kelly already bought her new pup a few outfits and is paying for a handler to fly the little, little one out to L.A. this week.

Kelly first fell for the breed when she won a Pomeranian named Nancy for around $16k at a Paris Hilton fundraiser for MS research. After she took Nancy home ... Kelly got the itch for another, and contacted Betty’s a few weeks later to get a sibling.
