Revenge is a dish best served by Steph Curry, at least according to rapper Too Short ... who is bummed the L.A. Clippers got bounced from the playoffs before his Golden State Warriors could get a shot at them.

Too Short is happy his beloved Dubs are getting it done, but outside Warwick in Hollywood ... he told us he's kinda pissed their playing in Houston right now, instead of Staples Center.
