"Empire" will have a ton of big stars on Season 2, but there's someone who's about to be approached that will up the ante even higher.
Brian Grazer was out and about in NYC Wednesday when our photog fired off some names. It seems like Oprah's in the bag. There are rumors producers are going after Eminem and Mariah Carey ... both of whom would be awesome.
But Grazer's big wish is even more elusive. But these days, Cookie seems to get what she wants.
