Flynt was leaving Mr. Chow when our photog asked about his decision to sell the landmark Sunset Strip space.
The Hustler king admitted ... he's moving his store to a less desirable location -- Hollywood and Highland area -- but at point, everyone has a price.
Flynt doubts he'll ever go to Gwyneth's hoity-toity club -- The Arts Club -- where poetry readings will be the entertainment of the evening ... unless of course, the performer is wearing a ball gag.
