Keith Richards -- No Satisfaction ... Look-alike Burns Paps (PHOTO)

Keith Richards loves him some fishing -- but the 71-year-old Rolling Stones legend didn't get a bite in Miami on Easter Sunday, because he wasn't fishing ... even though photogs thought he was.

This guy, complete with Keith's trademark bandana and shades -- is apparently well-known in Miami for his strong resemblance to the Stones guitarist, but still managed to fool a few paps.

We're guessing the doppelganger can't touch Keith's pedigree for music ... or drug use.
