Taylor Swift can propel people into stardom with the push of the SEND button ... and her latest beneficiary is rising country star Kelsea Ballerini.

Taylor was in Nashville Saturday night to celebrate the birthday of her best friend -- Abigail Anderson. A bunch of friends were along for the ride, including Kelsea.

Now behold the power of Taylor. On March 9th, she tweeted how much she liked Kelsea's new song, "Love Me Like You Mean It." The song then took off like a rocket, in no small part to Taylor.
