Robert Durst -- 'The Jinx' Finale Will Air ... Despite Murder Arrest

Robert Durst's right to remain silent is out the window, because the finale of the HBO show, "The Jinx: the Life and Deaths of Robert Durst," will air as scheduled Sunday night.

An HBO honcho tells TMZ ... the show will not be affected by Durst's arrest Saturday for the murder of a Los Angeles woman back in 2000. Durst will not fight extradition, but he will fight the charge back in LA.

The TV show -- which features extensive interviews with Durst -- paints a bizarre and arguably incriminating picture of the man. It chronicles three murders in which many believe Durst was the culprit.
