Here's video of NFL running back Chris Johnson ... so distracted by a hot chick in L.A. he had to look back at it ... twice.

CJ2K was hanging out at The Grove when we started asking about his recent dry heave-inducing workout at Jay Glazer's MMA gym.

But just as Chris started talking about his intense workout routine, some attractive lady came walking by in the other direction ... causing both Chris and his pal to whip their heads around for a closer look.
