There is only one possible reason Scott Eastwood was working out in Santa Monica without a shirt or shoes, but WITH jeans and a giant belt buckle -- and you're looking at it.

When you've been blessed with looks and a body like that ... you show it off as much as possible.

Then again ... maybe Clint's son is just prepping for a sequel to his "Funny or Die" video where he plays with dogs. The rest of us just don't stand a chance.
