Kevin O'Leary -- I Won't Invest In Yao Ming's Wine ... 'Cause I'm Launching My Own!!

Yao Ming shouldn't count on any "Shark Tank" money to help fund his expanding wine business -- 'cause Kevin O'Leary tells TMZ Sports ... he's launching his own!!!

We spoke with Mr. Wonderful on "TMZ Hollywood Sports" -- and asked if he would help Yao with the $3 MILLION he's looking to raise to grow "Yao Family Wines."

Kevin -- who's famously OBSESSED with vino -- praised Yao's product but ripped the investment model ... saying he'd rather spend his time, energy and money on his new baby, O'Leary Fine Wines.

"On April 26th on QVC, I'm gonna launch a wine that I made myself," O'Leary told us.

"This wine is nectar from the nipple of Aphrodite and it's gonna sell for under $100 a bottle."
