Here's what we know ... CMS' one client, Bucs wide receiver Mike Evans, had a MONSTER rookie year in the NFL and CMS is looking to build off his success by expanding the company in a big way.

Our sources tell us ... CMS has signed at least two projected 1st rounders (including a guy expected to be taken in the top 5) and they're not done yet!
