Marlon Wayans -- Let Me Explain Why I Won the 'Cleveland' Suit

Marlon Wayans is a legal genius, explaining to our photog why a judge tossed out a lawsuit filed by a guy who claimed Marlon did him wrong by saying he looked like Cleveland Brown from "Family Guy."

We got Marlon out the day after the judge threw out Pierre Daniel's suit, saying, "The Cleveland Brown character, like [Pierre], obviously black, heavy ... with curly 'Afro' hair were incorporated humorously into the filming of the scene."

Marlon's interpretation is different from ours ... it's pretty clear the judge felt Pierre looks like Cleveland. But Mr. Wayans doesn't exactly see it that way.
