Bill Cosby Model Claims He Drugged Her During 'Cosby Show' Audition
Iconic model Beverly Johnson claims Bill Cosby drugged her at his home in the mid-1980s -- and he used the lure of "The Cosby Show" to get her there.
According to Johnson -- who penned a first person account for Vanity Fair -- Cosby reached out to her for an audition for a role on his immensely popular show.
Johnson claims Cosby invited her to his NYC home twice to audition ... the first time there were others there, but the second she was alone with Coz. She says they ate a light dinner and when it came time to do the audition, she says Cosby wanted to see her to pretend she was drunk.
As she got ready, Johnson claims Cosby offered her a cappuccino and was overly insistent that she drink it. As Johnson explains, "I knew by the second sip of the drink Cosby had given me that I’d been drugged -- and drugged good."
Johnson says she became "woozy," her speech was slurred and "the room began to spin nonstop." But Johnson says she managed to get herself together enough to start screaming at him, repeatedly calling him a "motherf****r."
She says this seemed to anger him and he grabbed her by the arm, dragged her down the stairs and outside the brownstone, and threw her into a cab. Johnson claims she had no recollection of how she got home.
Johnson says she kept the story to herself for years because she thought it was something that only happened to her, but she decided to come forward because of all the accusations.
