'Pregnant Man' Thomas Beatie -- Charged With Stalking ... Pink Undies off the Table

The infamous "pregnant man" Thomas Beatie just got charged with felony stalking ... but he can rest easy ... he won't be joining the pink underwear crowd at Phoenix's Tent City prison.

As we first reported, Beatie was busted for allegedly stalking his ex-wife by tracking her with a GPS device.

Maricopa County court officials tell us ... Beatie -- a transgender man -- won't do time at Tent City even if he's convicted of a felony because he's a first time offender.

As you know Tent City's the place where male inmates are forced to wear pink undies.

The reality is ... Beatie will most likely get probation.
