'Moesha' Star Marcus T. Paulk -- Denied From The Club ... No Fame, No Table, No Service

Former "Moesha" star Marcus T. Paulk tried to party like it was 1999 -- when he was a big TV star -- but got rejected at a nightclub ... where he found out money talks way more than old acting credits.

Paulk was outside DBA in West Hollywood Monday night where he gave us the play-by-play of his attempts to get inside. He waited and waited -- with friends in tow -- but it never happened ... even after he was told he could get in, if he got bottle service.

You gotta see it unfold ... seems like Marcus was hoping the bouncer would recognize his celebrity because our camera guy was shooting him. No dice.
