Justin Bieber better start habla-ing some Español real quick -- 'cause a judge just ordered him to get back to Argentina for questioning in an alleged attack involving his bodyguards.

The judge wants Bieber to answer questions about a scuffle between his bodyguards and a photog outside a Buenos Aires club in November 2013. The photog is accusing Bieber of siccing his goons on him.

Biebs has 60 days to get back to B.A. for questioning. He could get a year-long sentence if found guilty of causing minor injuries.
