Gov. Rick Perry -- My Anti-Abortion Law Could Have Saved Joan Rivers' Life
Gov. Rick Perry My Anti-Abortion Law Could Have Saved Joan Rivers' Life
Texas Governor Rick Perry thinks Joan Rivers might still be alive if his controversial anti-abortion law was in effect in New York.

Perry was speaking at an event Sunday and randomly brought up Rivers … wondering if she would still be alive if Yorkville Endoscopy were subject to the tighter regulations.
