James Franco showed off a freshly-shaved head, a fake mustache and a head tattoo while shooting a documentary in Venice, Italy.

Franco's fresh dome is for an upcoming movie -- and ... no, it's not a "Kojak" reboot. Or a 'King and I' remake. Or a Mr. Clean biopic.
