Larry King -- Beats Cell Phone Ticket -- I Scared the Crap Out of the Cop!!!

Larry King just beat a traffic ticket because the cowardly cop didn't have the balls to face him in court ... at least that's the way Larry sees it.

King went to court Wednesday to fight the ticket he got for talking on his cell phone while driving. Larry was ready for battle but it was over before it started because the cop was a no-show.

Larry left the courthouse proud as a peacock, and made it clear ... the cop knew what's up -- who was right and who was wrong.
