Two things we've NEVER seen someone do after getting out of jail -- 1) DANCE ... 2) brush his teeth in a parking lot ... but that's exactly what "Cat Daddy" rapper Jovan Clayton did after his grand theft arrest.
Clayton was released from jail Friday afternoon and you have to hear his story. He says he was accused of stealing someone's phone at 1OAK nightclub Thursday night -- but insists he's innocent.
