Selena Gomez Stalker Charged with Crimes... Again
Selena Gomez Determined Stalker Charged With Crimes ... Again
The man who broke into Selena Gomez' property twice in a matter of days has been charged for a second time -- problem is ... it's hard to keep this guy in custody.
Che Cruz was arrested Friday after jumping Selena's fence at her Calabasas home. He was arrested and taken to jail, and this all happened just hours after he was released from jail for doing the exact same thing less than a week earlier.
Cruz was busted on March 31 after actually entering Selena's home. He pled no contest to the misdemeanor of unlawfully entering a dwelling and was sentenced to 45 days in jail. Problem is -- he was released less than 2 days later and made a beeline for Selena's home.
This time he's been charged with felony stalking and violating a criminal order of protection. If the felony charge sticks, maybe he'll be behind bars for a longer period of time. But if it's knocked down to a misdemeanor, jail will probably be another revolving door.
