The World's Fastest Man was at Momentum nightclub during the Carnival festival last month -- and put his daggering skills on display for the crowd ... with the help of an enthusiastic young lady.

FYI -- daggering is a huge dance craze in Jamaica ... it's basically aggressive dry humping.

Bolt considers himself a dagger master -- and also busted out his moves at the airport on the same trip.
