Carmelo Anthony's wife La La isn't getting any special treatment at Madison Square Garden -- she tells TMZ Sports, she has to PAY for her seats just like everybody else.
FYI, the NBA typically gives each player 2 free tickets per game -- but La La sits courtside ... and those seats are DEFINITELY not comped ... no matter who you're married to.
Granted, La La can probably afford the extra expense -- Carmelo's reportedly raking in $21.7 million with the Knicks this season alone.
