Tommy Lee Lawsuit -- I Can Keep Bangin' My Roller Coaster Drums
Tommy Lee Lawsuit I Can Keep Bangin' My Roller Coaster Drums
Drum roll please ... Tommy Lee is officially allowed to play his roller coaster drums on stage, because the guy who drummed up the idea has no claim of ownership.
We broke the story ... Howard Scott King tried to snare Tommy in court ... claiming he created a drum set that goes around in a loop on a roller coaster-style track. Scott claims he shared the idea with Tommy in 1991 and the rocker then ripped him off and made it a staple in his concerts.
But a judge just ruled ... King is way off base, because he never had exclusive rights to his idea and Tommy created his version of the roller coaster drum set on his own.
A cymbal of justice ... and yes, we apologize.
