Marilyn Manson -- My Acting Career HAS JUST BEGUN!!!

Getting verbally trashed by Kenny Powers was only the beginning ... because Marilyn Manson tells TMZ he's got more ACTING ROLES on the way in 2014.

Manson was leaving a silent movie theater in L.A. this week when we brought up his awkwardly hilarious cameo on "Eastbound & Down" and asked if there's a chance he'll ever win an Academy Award.

"I'm gonna win an Oscar??? Nah, I don't think so ..."

But Manson seemed genuinely excited for his future gigs in front of the camera -- he's just not revealing what they are ... yet.
