Kevin Connolly -- Sorry I Called You a Crackhead, Robinson Cano ... But Yankees Shoulda Dumped You

On one hand ... Kevin Connolly is quasi-apologizing for calling Robinson Cano an overpriced, lazy, crackhead -- on the other, he's thrilled the Yankees didn't get stuck with Cano's bloated mega contract.

The "Entourage" star was leaving the gym in L.A. when he admitted feeling kinda guilty about his Twitter rant where he RIPPED the 2nd baseman for demanding a $300 mil deal.

Now that Cano's bolted for Seattle ... Kevin thinks the Yanks got the better end of the deal -- as in, no 10-year, $240 milliion contract to pay -- and better, cheaper players.
