"Cheers" star John Ratzenberger -- who played mailman Cliff Clavin on the show -- is 100% on board for a reunion show ... along with the rest of the cast ... but there's one thing holding up the entire operation.
Ratzenberger was out in L.A. this week when we asked about rumors the "Cheers" cast would be reuniting for a TV special.
