Shaun White -- Buys $9 MILLION Malibu Mansion from HUGE Reality TV Mogul

Snowboarding god Shaun White just dropped $9 mil on the ultimate bachelor pad -- in fact, the guy he bought it from actually created "The Bachelor."

The property -- a 2,625 square foot water front dream home -- was owned by reality TV guru Mike Fleiss ... who sold it to the Flying Tomato for a cool $8,940,000.

According to our friends at The Real Estalker, 27-year-old White will be surrounded by some pretty famous neighbors ... including Owen Wilson and "X Men" director Bryan Singer.
