Genevieve Sabourin broke down in tears and sobbed ... as the judge handed down his decision, sentencing her to 210 days in jail.
Sabourin was on trial for 5 counts of stalking and harassment ... after years of proclaiming her love for Baldwin in scores of messages. She was arrested ... after showing up at his NYC apartment building in April 2012.
She made numerous outbursts during the trial -- including claims she slept with Baldwin -- which he denied.
Sabourin's sentence -- 210 days -- includes a 30 day sentence for contempt because of her outbursts in court.
