Richie Incognito is sorely mistaken if he thinks he's an "honorary black" who can say the n-word as he pleases -- so says former Chargers badass Takeo Spikes.

Spikes -- who officially has the coolest name of all time and was a BEAST linebacker -- tells TMZ Sports, reports that Incognito was considered an "honorary black" by his teammates are BS.

The reports suggest Incognito got a pass for saying the n-word because of his acceptance among his black teammates, but Spikes says that's impossible -- "There's no such thing as an honorary black."

So we gotta ask ...
