John Cusack's Alleged Stalker Touched By a Prosecutorial Angel
The woman who was arrested at John Cusack's Malibu home -- a woman who insists she speaks to angels -- was officially charged with stalking today ... TMZ has learned.
Elizabeth Diane Pahlke has been charged with two felony counts -- 1 count of attempted burglary and 1 count of stalking with an active court order ... meaning she had a restraining order against her at the time of her arrest.
As TMZ first reported ... Pahlke was nabbed by the cops after allegedly trying to get into Cusack's Malibu pad by climbing through a window and scaling a fence on his property. Cusack claims the woman insisted angels said they were meant to be together.
Prosecutors also want Pahlke's bail raised from $150,000 to $200,000.
If convicted, Pahlke could face a maximum sentence of 4 years and 8 months in prison.
