Two badass poker studs are getting a divorce ... and the stakes are high ... REALLY HIGH -- 'cause they involve a ridiculous Malibu party mansion.

The players -- Prahlad Friedman and Dee Luong Friedman.

Prahlad's a legit poker badass ... who's won more than TWO MILLION DOLLARS in major tournaments over the years.

Dee is no slouch herself ... having raked in at least $90k on the tables.

Dee has just filed for divorce ... after nearly 7 years of marital bliss. According to the court docs, obtained by TMZ, she cites irreconcilable differences.

The couple has no children together ... but they do have a 4,200 square foot estate in the cliffs of Malibu ... with a koi pond, gym and incredible views ... and it's just miles from the beach.

The couple separated back in April ... so the question, who had to move out of the house?
