#RichPeopleProblems ..."Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Yolanda Foster doesn't have enough time to use her spare penthouse in Canada -- so she's selling it -- for $5.25 million.

Our real-estate sources in maple country tell us, Yolanda and her Canadian husband -- mega composer David Foster -- listed their 4,400-square-foot British Columbia penthouse, overlooking the harbor in Downtown Victoria.

We're told the couple bought and re-vamped the place 6 years ago as a vacation home for the whole family. But every time the group gets together, they end up boating instead. Who wouldn't?

Since they rarely use the place, we're told the duo would rather just have a boat in Canuck country -- and they put the pad up for sale.

As for the apt -- which Yolanda decorated -- it's 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, two stories, city and harbor views ... AND comes furnished with rich people stuff.
