Farrah Abraham is pretty confident about her status in the porn community ... because she's just threatened the KING of porn that she'll do to him what James Deen did to her if he releases her sex tape without her permission.
Farrah's target is Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch, who's seen the tape and wants it in the worst way. Problem is ... Hirsch isn't willing to pay the millions Farrah wants, so her lawyer fired off a cease and desist letter, acknowledging for the first time in writing the tape is HERS.
The letter says, "Ms. Abraham retains ownership rights in this video and any unlawful conduct could infringe on those rights."
We're guessing, like Mr. Deen did with Farrah, she'll meet Hirsch in the middle and the tape will go VERY public.
