Matthew McConaughey -- My Skinny Days Are OVAH!

After dropping a ton of weight and wasting away to skin and bones for a movie role, a visibly heavier Matthew McConaughey looked more like his old self as he left a hotel in Tribeca on Tuesday.

The 43-year-old got scary skinny and lost about 40 lbs for his starring role in the upcoming movie "Dallas Buyers Club."

It won't be long before the shirtless wonder is back.
