Kelsey Grammer -- Unloading Bev Hills Love Nest for $7.25 Mil

Kelsey Grammer continued his real estate fire sale today -- putting his Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $7.25 million ... just 8 months after he and his wife Kayte moved into it.

Kelsey picked up the 6,000 sq. ft. pad for $6.5 million last April as a gift for Kayte and their daughter Faith -- but then his show "Boss" got axed, and Kelsey went into downsize mode.

In addition to this 6 bed, 7.5 bath home ... Kelsey's divorce settlement with Camille Grammer calls for the sale of their 10,000 sq. ft estate -- also in BH -- another home in Malibu ... and their mansion in Beaver Creek, CO.

Kelsey's hoping to turn a little profit on the BH home with the $7.25 mil asking price -- he bought it for $6.5. If the purchase price is a little high ... you can rent it for $30K a month instead.
